important part of our business. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied
with your order, please contact us and we will help reconcile any
problems in every way possible.
Freshness
We do not add any preservatives to our baked goods for added freshness.
Therefore, we suggest that our products are eaten soon after delivery.
Each cookie is individually packaged. All orders are baked the day
they will be shipped.
Privacy
All orders and customer information are kept strictly confidential
and never released to any third parties. We value your business
and your privacy. Please let us know if you have any questions.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
1. Priority Mail– Monday through Saturday delivery
in the continental United States. See shipping chart for proper
charges.
2. Express Mail– Guaranteed to arrive 1 to 2 days
from the shipping date. Add $15.95 per gift on priority mail charges.
3. Important – Please do not count Sundays when deciding
on a delivery date.
Delivery Policies
We, at The Cookie Lady, suggest that you order early to make sure
your order is on time for your special occasion. Please indicate
when you would like your order to arrive. We will ship them accordingly.
If not specified, your order will be shipped within 48 hours from
the time we receive your order.
Please be sure that all of the address information is correct. We
cannot be held responsible for an incorrect mailing address.
All of our baked goods are shipped USPS.
